Dallas–Fort Worth is a fast-growing tech hub, yet not a single Black-owned drone mechanic business operates here. This gap represents both a challenge and an opportunity.

Barriers like limited access to training programs and startup capital have slowed minority participation in drone repair. But the need is real—drone fleets require maintenance, calibration, and component upgrades that can’t wait weeks for out-of-state repairs.

TCB Drones aims to close this gap by training a new generation of certified drone mechanics and helping them launch their own businesses—creating representation, revenue, and relevance.
